Do I need to bring a lock?+
No. We have locks available for purchase through our rental kiosk. These are the best locks in the industry and will keep your unit secure.
Do you offer rental insurance for the items I am storing?+
Yes, we offer coverage for your items through Tenant Property Protection. For a small fee each month you can purchase $3,000 or $5,000 worth of coverage. There is NO deductible and your items are covered at replacement value. We highly recommend this protection for your items you are storing.
How much notice do I need to give before moving out?+
We do not require a notice, just remove all your items, remove your lock, and close the door. You can update your account online through our client account center.
When do I have access to my unit?+
Access to your unit is available 24/7.
How can I pay my bill?+
We make it easy to pay your bill and have many options:
Enroll in Automatic Payment and your credit card will be charged each month for your payment. This is the most popular method and assures your payment will be made hassle free!
